Criminal lawyer Kate Mesic received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 2007 and was admitted to the Florida Bar the same year. She began her legal career in Ocala, Florida, as an Assistant State Attorney for the Fifth Judicial Circuit. While there, she prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases and tried over 25 jury trials, ranging from DUI to Domestic Battery.
After Several years, attorney Kate Mesic accepted a position with a local firm in the city of Jacksonville, where she practiced primarily in the areas of Creditor’s Rights and Judgement Enforcement. On daily basis, Kate Mesic worked with pro-se debtors and attorneys to settle cases and obtain the best possible results for her clients. In 2009, she was admitted to the Middle District of Florida and handled various bankruptcy matters representing creditors.
In early 2011, Kate Mesic launched The Law Offices of Kate Mesic, P.A. allowing her to combine both her criminal trial and civil trial experience for the benefit of her clients.
